As many of our pieces are handcrafted to order, slight variations in form, texture, and finish are natural and are not considered defects.

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for the standard 14-day right of cancellation once production has begun, in line with UK consumer regulations on personalized goods. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
